CEO Message

Since our founding in 1967, we have built trusted relationships with medical institutions and communities across Japan through clinical testing. Guided by our philosophy, “Good health is the first step toward happiness,” we consistently deliver accurate and rapid test data.
To contribute to Southeast Asia’s development and health, we offer genetic testing for hemoglobinopathies (e.g., thalassemia), a congenital hemolytic anemia. As the only facility in Japan offering this testing, we have served numerous medical institutions with over 15 years of expertise.
Early genetic testing for hemoglobinopathies enables timely detection and treatment, paving the way for a healthy, fulfilling life.

Quality Assurance

Currently, clinical test data required in medical settings is expanding beyond therapeutic medicine to include health maintenance and promotion, improvement of quality of life (QOL), and other areas of preventive medicine, and there is a growing demand for high-quality data. Fukuyama Clinical Laboratory Center has responded to these needs by obtaining ISO 15189:2012 and ISO 9001:2015 certification and actively working to improve the quality of its testing.
We aim to consistently provide high-quality data by conducting appropriate management and operations under various management systems, striving for daily internal accuracy control, and actively participating in external accuracy control surveys.

Quality Assurance

We have obtained certification as a laboratory based on a world-standard quality management system through the Laboratory Accreditation Program (LAP) of the College of American Pathologists (CAP), a global clinical testing certification system.

ISO15189

In 2012, we obtained ISO 15189 certification, which specifies requirements for the quality and competence of clinical laboratories.

ISO9001

We have obtained certification for our quality management system (QMS) issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Privacy Mark System

We have been recognized for our appropriate handling of personal information and have been awarded the Privacy Mark.
